Opening an account at gogloob.com does not involve any fees. You only pay one cent for account activation.

Who can be registered at gogloob.com?

Any natural person over 18 years with full legal capacity may become a gogloob.com user.

How to register?

Registration involves filling in a registration form (in the upper right corner of “Registration” page). Follow instructions providing true details, since any discrepancy may eliminate you from the service.

Is it possible and how to modify my personal details if I already have a gogloob.com account?

You cannot change the user first name, surname or e-mail address.

Who can I contact with if I have problems with opening an account, buying PeGGs (credit points used for bidding)?

How can I remove my gogloob.com account?

Just log in to your account and use the option “Close my account”

Can I transfer the tour I have won to another person?

The tour you have won may be used by any person of your choice. As the voucher owner you need to contact the travel office and give the name of the person to benefit from it.
